Free UK Returns
We offer free returns on all orders within the UK. To take advantage of this, please follow the guidelines below:
• Return Window:
You may return an item within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
How to Return an Item
1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@theprintsplug.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive a Return Label: Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories.
4. Ship Your Return: Attach the prepaid return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any UK Post Office or collection point.
Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and make a member of our team the item you would like to recieve in the exchange
